How We Review Tools
Our review process is straightforward. We sign up for the tool (free tier and paid when warranted), use it for actual work tasks over a period of time, document what works and what does not, compare it against the closest alternatives, and write up our findings. We rate tools on a 5-point scale based on functionality, ease of use, value for the price, and how well they deliver on their promises.
We update articles when tools release significant updates. AI moves fast, and a review from six months ago might not reflect the current state of a product.
